end up owing a little money.. *BING* Free money.


This is both a useless plan and a failure of fiscal policy. The idea 
that this will make a difference is foolish. The fact that this will 
increase our national debt and deficit is plain. This is nothing more 
than a bandaid on a spurting artery.
