There are lots of good places to host an event like this problem is it's 1) 
short notice 2) no pre reg so no up front budget and 3) I dunno whats 
affordable.

Try to keep it the same dates, what about that beech location thing you 
tried a few years ago?

Hey remember when we went to disney and there was that up stairs old style 
theature type room  did we ever look into reserving that?
