Yappy suggested the Radisson.  There's also a couple of other hotels along
the 192 strip.  There may also be some space available at the hotels near
Colonial and Alafaya.  They are smaller hotels geared more to travellers
for the office parks, but they may have meeting rooms.  Wouldn't hurt to
check.  (And it's really close to your house...so might make some setup
easier.)
