If I'm not mistaken, the trigger that adds you to the moderation list
is completely automated.  Once you get "moderated", your posts to into
a queue where they will remain until such a time that they can be
addressed.  I'm not sure what the threshold is for getting off of the
moderation list, but I know I was on it for a while because of ONE
post.  It's no big deal.
