[Flafurs] Fursuit bowling in Orlando and other events

Hey Antimon and the gang

  As far as I last year the Boardwalk Bowl is out.  Something happened there
that the Bowl
did not like or just the Reputation of Furs was found out, I don't know.
But the group was
asked not to return.

Anyway,..

  This is not a hard event to set up.  Just find a Bowling alley with nice
space available in it for
the gang to hang out in.  If you like how the place is set up talk to the
Management about setting
up an event there.

Ask for Discounts or group rates also.  You will likely get those.

Promote the event.

Now something to consider  Bowling, the sport, is a very conservative
event.  Meaning those attending should refrain from all aspects of the
fandom.  No hugging, holding hands, sritching.  Fursuiters are odd enough
already.  NO doubt, complaints from people with families killed the
Boardwalk bowl event.
This is something we have to remember what happens at a furry con is not the
same in the outside world.

I believe another Bowling Alley I checked out long ago before I found
Boardwalk was Colonial Bowl but they smoke in there. Bleah.

See if you can get Brace or Kryphos to set up something.  They both are good
at doing that.
