I'm in 1500 Sq ft, you can get those for like $170k-$190k.
all the houses out here built after like 1980 are required to have 2
car garages. Pick up a real estate paper.. people are desperate to
sell all over orlando, and in poincianna, the foreclosure rate right
now is one of the highest in the state, so you might be able to get
an excellent deal.
Safety down here is not any worse than the rest of orlando.. it's
getting worse all around.
The commute to disney is direct, and takes roughly 45 minutes..
unless you try to leave right at rush hour times.. there are also
some toll roads in the works to make a direct connection to I-4.
