[Flafurs] Looking to buy a home in south Orlando

I'm in poincianna right now..  and the foreclosure rate is extremely  
high right now because of the bad mortgage brokers that got people in  
over their heads.  You can find houses out in Poincianna right now at  
deep reductions as people are desperate to get out, or the  
foreclosures are trying to recover.

You could probably find a 1200sq ft 3/2 here in poincianna for  
$150K-170K


2 things to note..

1) first time home buyer..  there are alot of grants out there for  
you, especially if you fall into lower income ranges.  Check on  
programs like SHIPS, and HUD.

2) poincianna was hit by alot of hurricane damage a few years back,  
and some homeowners attempted to do thier own repairs..  which I  
would question the abilities..  get the house inspected before  
buying  (The above program grant require you get inspection any way)
