[Flafurs] Looking to buy a home in south Orlando

Hi, I am starting to look for a home, unfortunately I am about five years
too late.  Prices now in my area are out of reach.  If I want a home, that
means it will have to involve a bit of travel from my current location.

If I had my choice, it would be on a line between where 417 and 528 cross to
the area of Disney Parks to the south west (Hunters Creek would be inline
with that).  However, too expensive at today's prices.

What areas would allow access to major roads to both locations (where 417
and 528 cross to the area of Disney Parks to the south west)?  The only
cheap places I can find are around Poinciana.  :(  I'm looking at the
200k-240k range.  I could have bought two homes for that amount five years
ago  :(


Any ideas from those homeowners that live in that general area?  I'm not
opposed to getting a roommate, but would depend on home costs.
