[Flafurs] Gaming PC - $800

Your arguments are silly.
**
*a $600 video card is a total waste of money. there is NO game or
motherboard out there to date that can use those cards to the fullest*

There is no game out yet that can use the card's full potential power.
I think anyone buying the card would be happy to hear that. =P Why you are
trying to argue about a card that can still be used 4 years from now is
beyond me.

And yes, there are motherboards out there that can support these cards and
even more so above and beyond.. sorry to say. Why else would the developers
make the card for people to buy??

I would never buy it myself, but there it is. over $1,000+ in price Intel
Processor. Hell, the regular Intel Core 2 Duo's can support the high end
cards and they are $700 cheaper.
Your statement about some games not running on DirectX10 is false
considering there are no true DirectX10 games even available yet to play
(except Crysis, which comes out in a few days). Never heard about any
DirectX 9 games being unplayable. (There's always updates and patches for
drivers) And yes.. no matter how much you argue it. A $600 card would last
alot longer than an $80 dollar Geforce 5500MX.

Yeah, the more expensive cards can run games at 160fps ~(NOW). But what
about 2 years from now when the software that it was intended for is
released? Good luck playing that stuff with your $80 card. :P

Anyways.. it's been fun.. but I'm done arguing about video cards.
