Hey there,  welcome back.

The idea of a furry magazine isn't a new one, but it's one that could be a
bit perilous.  For one, there are already a good number of furry magazines
out there.  most either very well known, (IE furnation) or nearly unknown.
(This unfortunately, is the majority of furry magazines to the majority of
furries).  That's not to say anything about the quality of their content, or
even the subject. Just that most of the magazines aren't very commonly
known.  So for it to succeed where others have failed, it'd have to really
be something special.   Good luck if you pursue this.
