Depends on what kind of man ass you are talking about.  Preferably, the
plump ones covered in fur?  Or the naked ones that can have fur too, but are
nicely shaped and have been tightened up in the gym.

Females tend to hit puberty and get a nice butt regardless of what they are
doing in or outside of the gym if they aren't over weight.  Males lack that
unfortunately and require a gym to shape the butt.. so sad. :{
