This is true, as well, a good UPS will protect your computer against power
serges and brownouts, both of which can actually damage your PC. Which
reminds me, I need to get batteries for mine when I get the chance. *laughs*
I've got 3 of them, but two are currently down with dead batts. Concidering
it's coming on hurricane season, yeah, it'd be a good thing.
