I also have a pounced ad, though I have no clue what the address is.
Age of consent laws are indeed state mandated. I remember it was a big deal in 2000 when Kentucky *finally* enacted an age of consent law...there were a lot of marriages in eastern KY where exceptionally young girls were marrying really old men (13/60). [I lived there at the time, hence why it was a big deal =P]
As for child labor, I know KY only required that under 18yo's be given a 15 min break for every 4hrs and a 1hr lunch for 6 or more hours. And Walgreen's (where I work now) won't allow under 18s to work in the pharmacy (for obvious reasons).
