[Flafurs] Desperately seeking roommate

  I know I've posted this once before, but this is something I really need
to press on. I have to have a solid roommate at the end of the week, and I
have very little luck as of late. If you are interested in moving in,
please, let me know. Please understand that although I'm not trying to
pressure, I am limited by time. My roommate is leaving by Feb 22nd, and
without a roommate, there's no way I can sign him off of the lease.

  The apartment is nice and spacious, with two bedrooms and bath. The room
being rented out is the largest, with a walk-in closet and vanity, and an
adjacent bathroom (the one used by the house). We have a dishwasher and
double sink in the kitchen. Nice, new refridgerator, screened-in patio and a
decent number of closets. The livingroom is already furnished, and the AC
works /very/ well.

  The rent is $550 a month, including all utilities (water, electric and
cable), and is due on the first upon moving in. Although not required at
first, anyone planning on staying after April must make a minimum (make, not
pay) of $1500 a month so that we can sign a new lease. If anyone is
